Can You Park At The Grand Floridian?

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is one of the most luxurious resorts at Disney World, offering its guests Victorian style and charm in every corner of its property.

With views of Cinderella’s Castle in Magic Kingdom, the Grand Floridian’s picturesque grounds and elegant dining options are a must-see when exploring Disney World’s Resort Areas.

While the Grand Floridian is connected to the rest of the Disney property by the Monorail, water transportation, or Disney Bus Service, some guests may choose to bring their own vehicle to the resort.

Guests staying at the Grand Floridian can self-park their vehicles for $25 per night or take advantage of valet parking for $33 nightly. Non-resort guests enjoying select dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreational activities at the Grand Floridian receive complimentary self-parking but may be limited to three hours.

This article discusses the parking options available for the different types of guests at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.

Visitors arriving in their own vehicles can self-park for $25 nightly or enjoy the benefits of valet parking for $33 per night.

Parking fees are added to the final bill and can be paid at check-out.

Resort guests visiting Magic Kingdom or EPCOT do not need to drive to the parks as the Grand Floridian is one of the stops on the Monorail line.

Magic Kingdom can also be reached by water taxi, and the other theme parks or Disney Springs are easily accessed using the Disney Bus Service

Can Restaurant Guests Park at the Grand Floridian?

Non-resort guests who have dining reservations at one of the Grand Floridian’s several restaurants or Character Dining experiences can self-park for free up to a maximum of three hours.

Because of the three-hour parking limit, restaurant guests cannot leave their vehicles at the resort and travel to the theme parks after their meals.

A better option for parkgoers who aren’t staying at the Grand Floridian is to park at the theme park they wish to visit, then take the Monorail or Disney Bus Service to the resort.

If visitors have a dining reservation at the Grand Floridian, it’s best to visit Magic Kingdom or EPCOT that day since these two parks are the easiest to access via the Monorail.
